Camp Fees

Camper: $275
Teen Helper: $35

Registration Deadlines

Registration will close on Monday, May 13, 2024 for campers and teen volunteers. Online registration is required. Walk-in registrations are not accepted.

Camp Classes/Activities: language, art, history, dance, music, self esteem, taekwondo, etc.

Camp Eligibility: Camp is open to children who will be entering Kindergarten through 7th Grade the fall after summer camp.

Drop Off: Please drop off your camper(s) at the assigned homeroom no earlier than 9:15 AM. Camp begins at 9:30 AM.

Pick Up: Camp ends at 2:50 PM. Please pick up your camper(s) at the assigned homeroom no later than 2:55 PM. 

T-Shirts: Camp t-shirts will be issued to each camper and teen helper on Monday – it is expected that camp shirts are to be worn daily (additional shirts can be purchased at the sales/T-shirt table).

Lunch: Campers, Teen Helpers, and volunteers wearing a name button will be served a Korean meal.

Campers with Special Needs: If your child has a Student Support Aide (SSA) during the school year, you will need to be at camp with your child during the day or provide an aide.

No Friends at Camp: No student visitors are allowed. For campers and teen helpers, no classroom visitors are allowed.

No Food Donations: Due to the increased amount of campers with food allergies camp will purchase and provide all food.

Camper Supplies:

  • backpack/book bag
  • 2 pencils
  • 1 pocket folder
  • 1 spiral notebook
  • water bottle (water only)
  • paint marker (optional, for signing T-shirts)
  • What NOT to bring: no gum, candy, or electronic devices

Code of Conduct: All camp participants must agree to abide by KCC's Code of Conduct.

Other / Sibling Care: The camp features a security staff, playground staff, camp nurse, and a sibling care center. Sibling care is available on a limited basis for children over the age of two for parent volunteers who have limited daycare options.

Volunteers: The successful operation of Korean Culture Camp depends on volunteers. We encourage volunteers from every family, and many families have two or more volunteers at camp each year. Click here to learn more about volunteer opportunities.

Refunds: A full refund will be given for cancellations made on or before June 19th. Please contact us to request a cancellation. Allow two weeks to receive refunds, which will be made in the same form as the original payment.
